When you pick up your mail and discover an envelope from the IRS or state taxing authority, what do you do?  Do you freeze and stop breathing, hide it in the desk drawer?  Or do you open it?  Here's one of life's little tests.  If you could call someone to help you respond and come up with a plan, wouldn't the monster tend to tame down?  You can start breathing a little easier.  Your mind begins to clear.
